(Dang! I dont want to tell you how many frames I had to dig through to get those registry numbers - when the units are packed in tight like this, its not easy (although youd think after over 320 frames at the Golden Spike Tower overlooking Then Union Pacifics Bailey Yard Id get something... least youd think... until you toss that statistic up from them: 155 trains per day, 70 coal trains, 10,000 railroad cars every 24 hours, 8 miles, 985 switches (dang, and I thought I blew my turn-out budget), 2,850 acres over 8 miles long... and we spent less than 2 hours here... sorry, whining done.) |

UP 8797 sixth from the east and behind the re-registered unit (and getting only a single image of this one since I kept returning to the one to her nose trying to get a better picture... never did, unfortunately... although I did watch her tantalizingly sliding around through all the unders, loops, and overs until she disappeared into the distant westbound lanes). |
