BNSF 9686 lead unit on a five-spot at the front of a mixed freight, likely shifting power up toward Seattle-Tacoma potentially with the loss of 70-80% of Portland/UP container traffic as Hanjin shifted all PDX operations north after a prolonged labor squabble - because what she was hauling certainly didnt seem to need that much horsepower and none of them really seemed to be working all that hard, if at all, as they run along the flats near Vancouver Lake aiming toward the Felida crossing in another couple miles.
