GMTX 2146 as the first of the blueberry bunch amongst the banana group... although I did ask the retired UP fellow about all the rent-a-unit Geeps, but he potentially didnt understand the question (or the follow up about why have a string of 4400hp units with a lonely little Geep or SD tossed behind them or in the mix... my question was if the horsepower was calculated that closely to stall or were they just being transported to another location up with the power or were they for dropping off at a local spur to handle it while the big road units re-attached to the consist remaining and finished off the run... it got a blank look on his face, so I presume it was either the worlds most stupid question and he was too polite to say so, or he didnt know either).
