AMTK 469 & PNWR 3007 & BNSF 2752   Contributor's Pick!
AMTK 469 & PNWR 3007 & BNSF 2752 filling the lanes beside Vancouver Amtrak Station. AMTK 469 power/pusher on southbound Cascades doing a near-touch-and-go, PNWR 3007 was the lead unit in the northward local, then trailing unit in the quick get out of the way of the Cascades reverse back into the station area, but will return back out to the yard area (crossing the left/Amtrak occupied track to get access to the yard & her staged local for the return trip south back across the bridge (partially visible in the background to the right near the setting sun). BNSF 2752 is in the paired bridge protection spur waiting for inaction. All below the last moments of sunset a day after New Years. Id have to admit, sort of a neat way to start the year.
