UP 3875 - UP 4404 double-header westbound mixed freight approaching the Rufus-John Day Dam area where Ive never been able to get the power lined up anywhere near Mt Hood (in the background) - the wife was kindly shooting out the window while I was driving. And, in hindsight, I potentially needed to explain my excitement and need for her to be shooting these so urgently... after she pulled back around in her seat after wed past the consist, I excitedly exclaim, "Finally! Got one with the mountain!" And she blandly says, "What mountain?" so this was practically the only shot where she included the mountain, instead having zoomed in to cut off the bow (or aft) (or both) of all the units in various shots as she panned three cars too quickly back into the consist after this first shot (although if you need any pictures of center-beam flats where you can see the river through the centers of the empty cars, give me a yell!)
