Description:  CBRW 12 at third position - although in a half hour shell be number one - but more important than that... what the heck happened to her nose? And the red-white-and-blue? Not that she doesnt sport the super-neat CBRW hawk livery well, but - that NOSE! Its short! Last I saw CBRW 12 she was sporting a high-nose on both long- and short-ends. Wow - what a shock. Dont get me wrong, she looks nice like this, but, its just a shock. Um, yes, back to the report - shes on the entrance ramp down into the Connell yard waiting on the local in-bound to be dropped off by the Pasco crew thatll be coming soon... hopefully very soon as its extremely windy up here and not really any sun to keep you warm in the thirty-odd mph light breeze that is Connell late winter.

BNSF 1778-1999 waits around the corner cehind the photographer in this image for the immediate exchange eastbound from Othello group into the yard, grab the BNSF north-to-westbound group and switch which engine is considered front power, run back up this hill while the BNSF group grabs this dropped mixed freight from the yard - all while tying up the mainline interestingly enough for the `xchange today.
